Original Creative Execution
This Lunar New Year installation was driven by original, store-led creative execution in the absence of robust corporate direction. With only minimal brand assets and limited guidance provided, I developed a comprehensive creative plan for the Queens Center location, including layout sketches, product strategy, and visual storytelling across multiple store footprints.
The result was an elevated, immersive presentation that expanded well beyond the original directive, using scale, density, and thoughtful merchandising to create impact. The execution supported strong in-store performance during the period and reflected the value of local creative leadership when national direction is intentionally restrained.
